Hammond (IN) City Schools
Diane attended inTEAM classes offered through the Indiana State Child Nutrition Department. People who know Diane also know that she does not just attend training meetings, she puts the new concepts into action. This is an example of how Diane utilized the inTEAM “make-over” training to transform her school district dining rooms, serving areas and kitchens.

Brownsville (TX) Independent School District
By 1997, the district had increased fund balance from $1.5 million to $5 million. Funds have been used to further renovate elementary schools, provide interior design for all secondary schools, equip new schools, and annually replace obsolete equipment.

Orange County (FL) Public Schools
Participations in the breakfast and lunch programs have increased tremendously. Some middle schools have double the number they serve at lunch. The program is well on its way to becoming a model for others.

Wellsboro (PA) Area School District
“Our cafeterias have made major strides in just 12 months. One year ago our foodservice program had a deficit of $5,331. We ended this school year with a profit of $30,441. Our revenue was up and our costs were down.”
